Your donations send a Charlotte high school student to SBC’s Career Exploration Camp.

SBC is planning to support 200 LOCAL high school students this summer, providing them with college readiness and career exploration opportunities in the sports industry.

Access. It’s all about who you know: Students will interact with more than 75 industry professionals from throughout the Charlotte sports community
Awareness. Where you can go: Students learn about 10 different career pathways in sports AND will visit industry pros by going behind the scenes of sports facilities like Truist Field, Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Center, Charlotte Motor Speedway, and accessing professional environments through office visits to NASCAR, FOX Sports, CSM Productions, Octagon, and more.
Acceleration. NO STUDENT EVER PAYS. Scholarships will also be awarded to participating students courtesy of Dr. Pepper.

Thanks to our sponsors, more than half of the per student costs ($500) are covered. A $150 donation from you will close the gap in fully funding the experience for one (1) deserving student.

The 1st of four (4) Charlotte area Career Exploration Camps begins on June 12. Help us fully fund 200 local students by raising $30,000 before camps kickoff!
